Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all betting details are correct before finalizing any transaction.
If a bet was placed due to a technical error (e.g., system malfunction, interrupted transaction), you may contact us within 24 hours of the issue. All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Bet Saves reserves the right to determine whether a refund is warranted.
In the event of a duplicate bet or payment, please notify us immediately at support@betsaves.com. We will investigate and, if applicable, process a refund for the duplicated transaction.
Any suspected fraudulent activity or account misuse will result in the suspension of the account and forfeiture of any funds. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
All bet results are determined based on official sources and final outcomes. Disputes regarding outcomes must be submitted within 48 hours of result posting. Decisions made after review will be final.
